Hey @comcastcares You advertise xfi pods are given with the xfi complete service for free when needed. I have weak signal on the other side of my house, so I called, and support told me to go to a retail store. I am fairly certain the retail store isn't gonna give me those free.

So I ran diagnostics several times from my phone on the xfinity app, it said it was working, yet I couldn’t access anything on the internet. Now I can. I hope it lasts and I wish you all would get your stuff together. If it’s not working, say so. If it not working, credit us.

I just want @Xfinity to know that I have had I’ve had one of the LEAST productive nights I’ve had since switching thanks to their ill-timed & warning-less “maintenance.” I intended to fill out several job applications & do some graphic work. Ended up wishing for signal all night.

I told the support rep I was sorry Comcast is making her lie to customers when obviously she's been dealing with outage calls all night, considering my hour-long hold time. She all but confirmed that I was correct.
