I called ahead of time to see how much a full set way. She said " oh maybe $55. I got there and waited maybe 15 mins.. not too bad considering I was a walk in. It was my first time going there. I asked for a natural ombré. Nothing special. Got done and it was $75!!!!!! I actually had to come home and file my nails because they were so sharp on the edges. I usually go to a different Shop but he didn't have any appointments available & I needed my nails done for a event. I doubt I'll ever go back there. You can't say 1 price then up it when you're done.

Stay away from this place. The staff is rude the equipment was not clean . When I went the other clients were using offensive , nasty language.
The pricing was very very expensive for the il trained staff. Very unprofessional staff. Stay away, dont waste your money, an at home pedi would be better than this place.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! The girl that did my nails was not friendly at all. I requested acrylic nails the lady begin to prep nails then she tells me no acrylics its bad for your nails? What???! She filed my nails down to my skin and kept filing it hurt when I pulled my hand away she " no I do nail you don't " then she used a sanding drill to sand down my nails and went over my cuticle skin and it burned. I just could not believe what was happening then she got the cuticle cutters and began to cut away at my skin where she had polished out of the nail, ugh! Finally it was over. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to envy spa nails. Now the tips of my fingers are tender and my nails look ugly! I could've done a better job myself! I was told one price then another and of course it was higher at the end. What a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the nastiest place Ever!!! I live in Huntsville, Al. I do nails myself (I own my own nail boutique there). I came here with my husband for his class reunion, I didn't have time to do my own so came here, Huge mistake! If I was Tennessee State board I would close this place down. Dirty towels everywhere, used creedo blade during there pedicures. (illegal in my state) used same files,buffers, pumice pad,tools without being cleaned properly then throwing them in a freaking basket to use on someone else ( I witnessed ) only metal tools can be reused files buffers pumice pads are for the most part non-disinfectant able. she was rude hurried thru my service people walking in telling them it was a 20 min wait and sitting them in a pedi chair so they could not leave clearly longer wait than that .there were only 2 techs working then telling me it was 40 for a pink and white fill when it was clearly priced at 35 on the board for a fill AND backfill. Then charged me 45 in the end. Then used a metal bit on my natural nails and cut me all the way around my thumb. Then picking tools up off the floor after they were dropped during my service and others service and then using them. No hand washing In between clients or services no gloves either. Used a Dremel, tool to do my nails (also illegal in al). I could go on and on with violations. I never do reviews on sites like this, but people need to be aware of proper procedure, also no a/c this is July 25, 2015. Heat advisory!!! Stay away from this place at all costs can anyone say staff infection!! I'm boiling mad! I'm a good tech and take pride in what I do, it pisses me off when I see a place do crap like this! I would give them no stars if I could but it won't post if I don't give them at least one!
