Update your office software so that you can import Trimble Access jobs for the version of Trimble Access you are using.
All required updates to Trimble Business Center are handled using the Check for updates utility provided with Trimble Business Center.

Trimble Access Job Converter
Use the Trimble Access Job Converter web service to convert Trimble Access job files to a later version.
If you have upgraded Trimble Access from a recent version to the latest version, job files are automatically converted when you open them in the latest version of the software. If the jobs were last used in version 2018.xx or earlier, you may need to convert them. See Using existing jobs with the latest version of Trimble Access.
Trimble Access GNSS Processor
Use the Trimble Access GNSSProcessor web service to upload GNSS observation files (dat, t01, t02, t04, RINEX) and use the selected online postprocessing service (RTX, OPUS, or CSRS-PPP) to send the data to. Once postprocessed, an email is sent to the user containing the position(s).
This service is useful, for example, to obtain base coordinates.

Trimble provides a number of software utilities you can use to more easily manage files.
File and Report Generator
Use the File and Report Generator utility to apply export style sheets to Trimble Access Job or JobXML files. This utility is useful for creating export files or reports in the office, or on very large jobs where report generation can sometimes be difficult to generate on controllers.
When you install the File and Report Generator utility a selection of style sheets is installed to the C:\FRG Style Sheets folder. To download more stylesheets, see Stylesheets.

Auto convert Trimble Access job files
Use the Auto convert Trimble Access job files utility to automatically apply stylesheets to Trimble Access Job or JobXML files. The utility works by searching the specified folders for Job or JobXML files, and automatically creating files or reports from the specified stylesheets using the File and Report Generator utility.

Use the Trimble Access 2017.2x File Converter Windows utility to convert any 2017.2x job, template and style files in the nominated source folder to the selected version: version 2019.11 or 2020.00.

12da file to GENIO road converter for Trimble Access
The 12da file to GENIO road converter for Trimble Access is a utility integrated into Trimble Access 2018.20 and later to convert a 12da file into a GENIO road file when running Trimble Accesson Windows.
When running Trimble Access on Android, download the standalone utility to the C:\Program Files\Trimble\General Survey folder and run it on any Windows 10 computer.
After converting the file, the file can be set out using the Trimble AccessRoads app.
