The salespeople listen to what I wanted helped me for select a vehicle that would suit my needs and follow the order to let me know when it was ready to pick up they were thorough in training on how to use all of the features and provide services after the purchase if I have questions or problems with its use. They steal from the client. Caveat Emptor!! The service department over charges and they try to sell repairs that are not needed at an exorbitant price.

Mixed feelings..changed oil fine: door issue not.

Took car in for scheduled oil change and odd sound suddenly occuring in door of 2020 outback...agreed odd sound. Not able to diagnose issue...told to take it to a bodyshop as they could find issue....did so, found issue, addressed issue...now saying had to have taken it to a dealer with a body shop-- NO One said that during any of our conversations during the time it was in the bay there. Their service rep..you paid for it , it's on you. Really a 2020..no accidents crash bar comes loose from door and its on me. I have three Subaru products 2020 on- Outback, Crosstalk, and Asscent all from dealership all new.

Great experience with New Motors! They helped me get a bank and did theur very best to secure one. Steven Kolenda took the time to explain everything about my first car ever, my dream car. He was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable in his field, friendly, honest, and dedicated to superior customer service. He is a great asset in your company. I appreciate everything that you do.

This was my second time buying a new car from New Motors. I returned because Subaru is such a good quality car and New Motors is great to deal with. They make the buying process easy with no pressure. Their Service department is all vey good and it is easy to get appointments. I would highly recommend Subaru vehicles and New Motors to anyone.

Breakdown in Erie

My 2020 Outback broke down in Erie. I had to have it towed to a Subaru dealership. I had them take it to New Motors based on my daughter?s recommendation. Since I live out of town, I was a bit hesitant but after speaking with Josh at New Motors I knew it was at the right place. They were very courteous and clearly explained what the problem was. They made the repairs and within a week, I had it back.
